For those who don't wish to use their own ebony fingerboard and nut, here is a fingerboard with attached nut. The fingerboard has the recommended scoop at the fifth (one-third the length from the narrow end) of around 0.6 mm. You will probably want to sand this with fine sand paper, and figure out a way to block the porosity of the material.
