Product Description
This 3D printed part is for use with the Festool LR32 System and the Blum Process32 cabinet construction method.

The Festool LR32 system is a line boring system that allows for boring a row of holes in a piece of wood that are exactly 32mm apart (on center). This system is used primarily in cabinetmaking. The "system holes," as they are known, can be used for mounting drawer slides, hinges, shelf pins, and even the actual construction of the cabinets themselves.

The end stop is the component of the system that sets the distance the row of holes will be from the edge of the piece of wood. The end stops that come with the LR32 system allow for distances of 9.5mm, 16mm, and 32mm. Unfortunately, these distances are not compatible with the Blum Process32 system.

The Blum Process32 system was created by Blum, makers of high-end cabinet hardware. It is an adaptation of the traditional 32mm system, designed to work with their hardware. In the Blum Process32 system, the distances required from the edge are 46.5mm and 62.5mm. This end stop supports those distances (as well as 14.5mm and 30.5mm, though these aren't helpful distances, as far as I know).

This part does not include hardware. The hardware I used comes from McMaster-Carr. Part numbers are:

- The knurled screw - 92558A210

- The knurled nut - 62265K522

If you'd rather not use these, any M6 threaded screw with a thread length of at least 16mm and a M6 nut will work. The maximum diamter of any screw/nut on the top guide rail should be about 25mm, so as not to interfere with the router guide plate.

The video provides a complete overview and demonstration of the end stop.

**FULL DISCLAIMER -- I have very limited experience with the test part I printed. It definitely works, but being plastic, I'm not sure of the longevity of the locator pins on the top of the part, especially if you take the part on/off the guide rail a lot.**
