These are made as head replacements for termagants to give them a more "weapon beast" look similar to exocrines and other bioforms. Simply replace the standard termagant head and you have a deadly devourer gaunt!
For best result, shave off the tip of the largest back plate of the termagant model with a hobby knife to get a seemless fit.
