Triquetra Claddagh Ring

This is a Claddagh Ring I designed where the heart is bracketed by triquetra knots instead of hands. The triquetra is also sometimes called the Trinity Knot. The triquetra represents friendship, the heart represents love, and the crown represents loyalty. This style of ring dates back to the 17th Century in Ireland, in the village of Claddagh near Galway. The one shown in the photo is a size 7.5 in polished sterling silver.
