Arado196 Cowling

This is the cowling for my 1:14 scale R\C Arado 196 floatplane. One 3mm ply wood disk of 86 mm and 83 mm diameter is needed to complete the cowling. The fake 9 cylinder takes 28 mm outrunner and is glued to the front ring and than altogether bolted to the front ply disk which is tapped M4 or similar directly into the wood. The back ply disk is bolted to the front former of the fuselage which is to follow suite on this shop. My prototype is nearing completion as land plane (what a shame) first but floats are in construction.
