Brush skirt ring
You will need eight half inch (.47") neodymium magnets available at Home Depot

You will also need about 12 inches of brush bristles that can be purchased here:

You might have to take a little bit off the width of the rubber spine to get the right fit in the ring. Sand paper worked great.
