You know one...I know one...we all know a Smith. 1% of the american population is a Smith, 1.25% in both England and Scotland. That's more than 3 million people in the states, and more than half a million in england. That's alot of Smiths!!
Origins
The name Smith was originally given to the blacksmith, who would strike metal on an anvil with a hammer. Newcastle Upon Tyne (previously Durham) is where the name is believed to originate from, dating back to 975 AD.
There are many other spellings of the Smith last name (i.e. Smyth, Smithe, Smithson, etc). If interested, I will craft a ring with an alternate spelling. Just send me a message. I'll upload it here!
The ring is available in various sizes. For general sizing, consider size 4 as "extra-small", size 5.5 as "small", size 6.5 as "medium" and size 7.5 as "large". All ring sizes can be selected from the dropdown list as well. For ring sizes below size 4, please contact me.
