89sabers OWK1 Crystal Chamber Chassis GHV3 P1

Chassis for the 89Sabers/Korbanth hilts.
This is a permanent wired in battery design, not removable.
For this chassis you will also require P2 & P3 of the design.

This chassis is designed for use with:
-GHV3
-KR Sabers 24mm Bass speaker
-18650 Lithium Ion Battery
-High Amp  (6A) 1.3mm recharge port
-Crystal or my generic chassis crystal (found on shapeways) and single neo pixel
-(Optional)128x32 OLED screen or accent pixel strip(two P3 variants are available to purchase, OLED cover & a regular cover that cant have the accent strip underneath if desired) 
-Shtok Short Pin Hilt side LED PCB (most likely requires sanding down on the outside diameter)
-Two 4.3mm tactile switches
-Single pixel to sit infront on the accent switch 

The recharge port requires gluing in to place once everything is wired up and tested. We recommend a dab of hot glue to secure it.
The crystal neopixel requires gluing into the crystal once everything is wired up and tested, and then the crystal requires gluing into the chamber once everything is wired up and tested.
The crystal chamber required gluing onto the main body when ready and wired through. 
The chassis is design for the board to slide into position once tested. We recommend this as the final step. Plan your wiring ahead of time!
