Aluminium Print Warped, How Do I Return / Refund ?

I recently ordered an aluminum print that has arrived warped! I've emailed sales and customer support two weeks back but have not had a reply.

How do I speak to someone about the issue to get refund/credit or whatever as it definitely shouldn't have passed quality control.

The part should be sat flat on the table top.

Update. Just received email from customer service, the part is being re-printed.
