Response Time

    Hi all,
    How long does it take on average for a customer service response from Shapeways
    my recent order arrived in atrocious condition with a few models that were almost completely melted and 1 item completely missing

    these items are commissions for customers that are waiting for there items and I cant seem to get a response from anybody at customer service

    Normally within 24 hours (weekends excluded).

    However last week we were short staffed unfortunately. (2 to 3 day backlog).
    We expect to be back on track and answer within 24 hours on Wednesday!

    Just FYI, I sent you a message three days ago. Wrong item in the order. still waiting on a response. Seriously thinking of a paypal dispute.

    @idehB, I just checked and couldn't find any email from you.
    Did you receive an automatic reply that your email has been received?

    @PhoenixJedi, unfortunately we don't have any staffing available during the weekends.
