ElDonaldo @fabiano_chavier001 If by compatible you mean a minifig would be able to hold it, then I think so. The grip on this is 3.23mm in diameter. According to what I found, a Lego minifig's grip is 3.1mm - 3.2mm. So it might be a tight fit, but should be OK.
ElDonaldo @Steve42082 Hi Steve. I've added an option to choose a size. It's just above the material selection. If you pick Extra Large, that will give you a weapon with a hilt that's 5mm in diameter.

ElDonaldo @petter_wass It should be about as big as on the included image. If my calculations are correct, that Ogre is 47mm tall and the axe is 54mm long. So yes, it should be feasible to model it being wielded two-handed.
