W00t! (Never thought I’d say that). For big object printing like I do, the color sandstone is significantly more affordable! %25 cheaper – celebrate!
The shipping charges were a nasty surprise when I went to order a model for a customer this morning and found that I was going to lose $6.50 from the price I quoted.
Is it correct that I am being charged VAT on shipping cost as well? I am in the UK so I was expecting to pay the $9.50 shipping price thats been advertised from now on, instead its costing $11.31?
All prices are advertised ex VAT. For us Brits in the EU, Netherlands VAT @ 19% should be added onto the total for your order (better than our 20% VAT or getting stitched for customs duties + taxes). Thanks for the reply.
