About
Jon received his BFA in Illustration from California State University - Long Beach. After college, he pursued a career in the animation industry. Over the last 25 years he's worked as an artist at Disneytoon Studios, Disney Television, Disney Interactive, Digital Domain, nVIDIA, iMAGi animation Studios, Nickelodeon, Dreamworks Television, Bardel Entertainment, Warner Bros., Sony Imageworks ...and many others.
Early on he discovered an enjoyment of teaching. He has taught at The Art Institute of Los Angeles and The Art Institute of Orange County. Since 2011 he's been teaching Computer Animation and now Digital Fabrication Lab at his alma mater California State University, Long Beach.
