Bread loaf pan

A bread baking pan for a 1/2 pound loaf.  The sides have only the slightest draft, so the loaf will have straighter sides than the typical 9x5 loaf pan.  This one also has taller sides to keep the dough from muffin-topping, so the loaf comes out nice and square.  Sour dough bread requires baking a loaf about every other day, and if you're baking for 1 or 2 people, that's a lot of bread from the typical 4x8 or 5x9 pans, so that's why I designed this one because I just bake for myself.  Interior dimensions 90mm wide, 90mm tall, 100mm long or 3 1/2" x 3 1/2" x 4".
