Updated Slave Leia collar. Lots of trial and error to get the sizing correct.
MEDIUM SIZE: 5 inches across the sides, 6 inches with claws from the back, 14.5 inches circumference on the inside.
LARGE SIZE: 6 inches across the sides, 7 inches from the claws to the back, 18 inches circumference on the inside.
Update THIRD AND LAST: I made the beads larger. After reviewing my second print, I decided they didn't stand out enough, and that including a circular hinge in the print just didn't work out well. Instead I just threw on a flattened box so that the buyer can attach their own hinge of their choice, leaving a very smal gap. I ended up cutting the printed hinge off and using a strip of craft foam hot glued to the inside to hold the back closed for myself. Claws are again slightly bigger too and slightly closer together. I increased the height of the collar pieces as well, thus the increase in price (sorry). The old collar measured .75 inches high along the main smooth part of the back halves. The new one should measure closer to an inch, but I'll know better when I order another new one. Thanks for taking a look! Medium size is still about 14.5 inches on the inside.
(outdated but I'll leave it up) Upate two: I hollowed out part of the larger claws to reduce weight. Test print came out clean, but I think the claws were too small so I made them bigger, as well as the overall height, bead sized and front organic part. The original size was too large. The inside shouldn't be more than 15-16. My neck is 13.5 inches around, so this will still be enough clearance. It did reset the 'print success rate' but, the first one did come out nice and clean, and the orientation will be the same, so you can see there will be no print lines in the polished option.
