This shell has been designed to fit a lengthened/modified KATO or ATLAS narrow hood diesel chassis.
For the original shrouded truck version you can use any AAR truck model, for the later versions you need friction bearing AAR trucks (ATLAS RS-1 or KATO RS-2).
DCC sound is also possible.
Inside the shell of a single unit is enough space to accomodate a (sound) decoder of your choice and sugar cube speaker. The decoder has enough power to drive 2 unit lashup (semi) permanently coupled.
A stainless steel etching with all handgrips/rails, window frames and nose eblem will be available through the above mentioned website.
