Hello all! Figured my first post here should be my introduction. My name is Shannon, I am a mechanical engineer with 26 years experience designing everything from turbine engines to race car suspension to semiconductor processing equipment and every gadget and/or widget in between! I have worked in many CAD platforms, but mostly in CATIA and currently in SolidWorks. These days I am tinkering in the 1/10 scale and 1/8 scale RC racing scene....specifically designing parts for AE and TLR platforms. Along with my sons, we campaign three 1/10 scale racing buggies and we typically race on high grip surfaces. Because of this I am always looking to design new or improved parts to help us go faster! I may even offer some up for sale if they prove to be successful. Thanks for letting me be a part of the 3D printing scene!
