Exploring Thepossiblity Of A Small Run Of Cast Iron Castings?

Hi All,
I have the need for a small run (10- 20 items) of small cast iron parts for a now obsolete tool.
I can supply a 3D drawing from Fusion360 that will need teaking by someone with more skill than I have at present, also photos of the actual part.
Ignore the plate steel pic.
I guessI am looking for viable patterns produced by 3D printing.
Any thougt will be most welcome.
