Hi! I have a problem with a creator app. When I click "create my pendant"... nothing happens. I can upload and customize a design, but I can't save it. I use Edge. Thanks!
Hello, I'm having issues with the pendant creator as well (on Mac). I've tried to upload my design on Chrome, Firefox and Safari and it will not respond when selecting add loop and choosing a loop type. Also, when I try to add a flat blacking, it makes the backing a square instead of the shape of the design (my file type is a png, the design is black, and has a white background). Please help. Thanks!
