I've got a Cinema 4D file I'm trying to upload to print in sandstone. It's got three objects, each with its own, and one object has two textures. I've tried reading around on how to zip the file up to upload, but I still can't figure it out. Could somebody walk me through the process? I can upload the file itself if that helps.

If I understand correctly, you will have (or have to export) one X3D or WRL file containing the geometry, and several GIF, JPG or PNG files containing the image textures (which are referenced in the X3D or WRL file). Collect them all in a single folder on your system, then open the X3D or WRL file in a text editor, search for the texture file names and make sure that they are written without any drive letters or folder paths. Finally, create a zip from all these files, but do not just zip the entire folder.

Alternatively, if your software supports exporting to DAE files, you can try that and avoid all the hassle with zipping and name checking.
