    Will Alumide resist cigarettes heat?

According to the materials page it can resist up to 170 degrees Celsius... anyone tested it?

I designed this Ashtray which can only be suited for Alumide.. steel is way too steep..

Info about the temperature of a lit cigarette

With all those nooks and crannies, cleaning is going to be difficult. If ash is not fully cleaned out and water has been used for cleaning, an alkaline solution would be left behind, Aluminium reacts with alkaline solutions.
