Looks like BHDA prints aren't getting cleaned thoroughly enough of uncured resin. What's the best course of action to clean it off? Alcohol bath? Couple of hours in the sun?

I've tried cleaning it off with cellulose thinners and that didn't touch it.

This is still affecting my prints - can you suggest a suitable product for cleaning please?

Hi @AlanClogwyn - an alcohol bath will remove any uncured resin. A little agitation will help as well.

Sorry hear that they are not getting to you thoroughly cleaned. I'll follow up with our team about that. I'm not sure if your model had internal cavities, but these can be more difficult to clean.

@AlanClogwyn - Perhaps you can provide an order number so we can look at what the models looked like?

Thanks, that's all I needed to know. They are models with supports so not going to be able to get in there and clean till after support removal, so it needs to be done by the customer.
