I think the metallic plastic looks pretty nice with the rest of the vibe interior, but it does look pretty coarse. @jd2231, to avoid taking the radio apart, you can trim the 'top hat rim' portion of the knob off, and then you can remove it anytime you want without disassembly. wskellenger @RTPBob Hi Bob, what material did you order? The design absolutely has the "D" shape incorporated into it (see attached photo). I wonder if certain materials cause it to be less pronounced? Did you order a polished finish? A polished finish may reduce the manufacturing tolerance and explain one knob being a little loose.
