    Hello ,

Here is my iPhone Dock 2 that i received yesterday in WSF & Full Color.

My first model on Shapeways was the iPhone Dock 1, but the WSF got dirty very quickly..

So i recommend this: the minute you recieve your printed models spray them with acrylic (epoxy like) quick dry spray.
2 coats of this spray will do just fine to protect your model from dirt and keep it stronger for a long long time.

Also , when spraying on Full Color Sandstone it made the colors immediately more vibrant, the black went from dull black-gray to strong black + the feel of the surface is no longer like a sandstone but smooth !

OK 'nuf talking here are the pics (sorry about the quality i need a new camera) :)

Check out the structural enforced lines to make the model strong yet keep it low cost to print:

    1. Until it becomes CO-CREATOR you can message me for your custom color pattern for full color print.
    2. The printed model will not have the text 'Dizingof' on front as seen on pics above.

    3. I put a markup of only $5 ! So grab your self one while it lasts :D

    WSF : $20.71
    Full Color: $15.88
    Sterling Silver (very interesting!?): $14.47

    Great ideas!

Why are they not co-creators yet?

I now made the iPhone Dock II available in full color sandstone : WHITE .
This way it is at a very affordable price & strong.

How did you come up with the shape?

I experimented with some dynamic shapes until this shape came to mind.

Precise measurements were a pain.. but i got over it in a month's work..

Its stylish, sleek and i enjoy it very much holding my iPhone.

Another much more sophisticated dock / charging pad for iphone i designed and plan on creating with shapeways is this:

But for now i'm very happy with the current model.

I'm also very happy customers like it and co-create it with great color and cover-pics.
