Jewelry Inspired by Fabric Design
The Damask has been a popular fabric pattern throughout history. The imperial form originated in the Middle Ages in Syria and then gained mass appeal in Europe in the 14th century. The recognizable symmetrical pattern has continued to make comebacks in the US throughout the 60s, 70s and even into the 21st century.
The earrings are each 2.8" l x 1.1" w. They are 3D modeled and hand assembled. Made to Order. Sls Nylon with stainless steel backing. They are available in Red or Black. Each damask has a gentle wave in its design to show the three dimensionality of this normally 2D form.
