Will you provide a quote on my print?
All pricing is calculated automatically after you upload your model. See the Material Comparison Page to see prices between different materials. Or, just upload your model right now and see what the price is in a few minutes.


How do I get started with 3D modeling?
You can check out our Tutorials and the Forum on popular 3D software. Or, you can make something in a few minutes with a Shapeways Creator.


I uploaded my model, but I got an error email. What does it mean??
See our Model Troubleshooting Guide. You can also email Customer Service for direct help.


Will you fix my model?
We do not provide direct design assistance. You can find lots of helpful people who are expert 3D modelers and designers at our Forum. We also recommend the free software Netfabb for fixing models. You can also see our Tutorial on Netfabb.


What are your shipping options and costs?
We ship UPS, and costs are flat rate. See our Shipping Info for prices for your location and info on customs and duties.


What is the status of my order?
You can check the status of your order under My Orders on your Shapeways account. You can also check material statuses for info on current lead times.
