This is the giant Husnock Ship from TNG: "The Survivors". This was the only time we saw this ship, as the studio model was later altered to depict other vessels like the "Jovis", the Bajoran/Cardassian Transport or the Numiri Ship. Ex-astris-scientia.org gives the length as 1300m which is only estimated against the Enterprise-D. After all it looked huge against the 642m Enterprise-D, although it is farther away from the camera. On the other hand, Riker says it's approximately five times the mass of the Enterprise. If we take internal volume for mass (assuming both ships are made of the same materials and are equally "filled"), compared in a 3D program, this ship (or rather this 3D model) has to be just a little less than 800m long to be five times the volume of a Galaxy Class model. But it is possible the ship has a different internal "filling" (maybe the Husnock Ship has huge empty cargo areas to load all the goods they expect to attain with their planetary raids). Further we should take Riker's quote as approximately as it may be just a rough estimate, so this ship could easily be larger.
