Sharp GF-777 cassette door bracket

For Sharp GF-777 boomboxes and variant models (such as GF-767, GF-909, GF-999, GF-1000 etc.  This is the cassette door bracket that fits inside the actual cassette doors and helps to align the tape so it will feed correctly.  It is intended to fit the custom doors we also sell here (separately).  It needs 2 springs which you can cannibalize from old ball point pens.  You will have to source the springs yourself.

Material choices:
The default is PA12 which has a rough texture.  It is a perfectly suitable material but the finish is not as good as fine-detail plastic but is a much more economical choice.  This "texture" may result in the side pins being slightly larger than intended and it may be necessary to either sand down the pins (not recommended) or to slighly enlarge the receiving holes in the doors (better option) for a good fit that does not bind.  Fine detail plastic has a better finish but the product is not as flexible, is more brittle, and far more expensive.
