Good morning, What is the real material of medallion showed in the picture? Could you tell me if medallion in Stailess Still is made only metal or it is in plastic and then covered with metal? Thank's Danielas

I tried sanding down a second one. It's much nicer with the texture. Sanding it smooth makes the circles and rays look ragged and the interior unfinished. Now to order a gold-plated one!

Just got mine via UPS today. This is a stunningly beautiful piece in person. The redesign is great. My biggest problem is that I don't know whether I want to sand it smooth or not. The texture actually enhances this piece. I might have to order a second one, so I can sand one and leave the texture on the other.

Very, very beautiful!! Maybe it's possible to do some post-processing to remove the layer artifacts? If they bother you, that is. :)
