I'm an engineer with a passion for learning new things and exploring new possibilities. I started experimenting with 3D-printing when I built my first printer in 2013 - it is an amazing way for prototyping and bringing ideas to reality!
About

The Pocket Operator series by Teenage Engineering is a great little synthesizer. After receiving mine, however, I felt that it needed a case to make it more pocketable. Looking at the available solutions I was a bit disappointed by the limitations they have - so I started designing my own! I went with a classical calculator-like design, fitting to the retro feeling emitted by the playful segmented LCD panel. I didn't want to break off the hanger and I didn't want to hide the sequencer LEDs. Also the keys should move freely and be customizable. At first only designed for my private use and for printing on my own printer, there was some interrest in the case by other people. So I decided to optimize and detail the design for printing at shapeways - the result you can see in this shop.
