Several years ago, I carved a wooden rabbit in the form of a netsuke (Japanese sculpture used to secure their inro, or medicine box, to the sash of kimono). Eventually, a friend laser-scanned the carving and sent me the 3D file, which I've touched up and am debuting to shapeways.

While netsuke like this were traditionally used as part of Japanese attire/accessory, this bunny will be just at home on a your desk, bookshelf or coffee table.

This faceted snowflake ornament might be the ideal accessory for the winter season. The larger size is recommended for tree or window ornaments; it measures 3.5 inches (8.9 cm) from tip to tip and is 0.3 inch (4 mm) thick at the middle. Inro are traditional Japanese cases for holding medicine, stamps, and other small objects. I designed this 3D-printable modern version as a blank base that can be used as-printed or hand-painted and finished as a crafts project and used for cosplay/reenactment.
