The GoPro Camera can be mounted close to a verical surface like a helmet

Mounted on a helmet using the standard GoPro flat adhesive mount.

A compact 90 degree elbow mount compatible with other GoPro Accessories. This mount allows you to attach the GoPro Camera very tight to a vertical surface.

I just held my GoPro Hero 2 up against the new GoPro Hero 3 Black Edition and there seems to be no difference in dimensions. You can even use the same backdoors as you did on the Hero 2 on the Hero 3.

Could you possibly redimension your 90 degree mount to compensate for the smaller size of the new gopro hero 3 black edition? This looks like a really cool mount and i'd definitely be interested in getting one if you could scale it so that the camera would sit the same distance as the hero2 sits with this one. Thanks!
