vaguelygenius @animehddxd Hi! I'm really glad you like my Millennium Puzzle design! :D As to the quality of the plastic, White Strong & Flexible really is pretty strong and flexible! Since the Millennium Puzzle doesn't have any thin parts, you're unlikely to notice any flexibility, but it's definitely not going to fall apart on you. I've never broken any of my 3D-Prints, but then again, I don't go out of my way to try to break them. The Millennium Eye is more hollow than the Puzzle, and I've dropped it quite a few times without any visible damage (fun fact: the Eye sounds like a ping pong ball when you drop it). As long as you're not swinging the Puzzle around at high velocities or dropping it from buildings, I think it should be fine haha. This 3D print of the Millennium Puzzle does not include a chain, mostly because it would be wayyyyy cheaper and more practical for the customer to buy their own chain. No display cases are available from Shapeways yet either, though perhaps it might be a good idea to suggest it as a future option! As to the reliability of the 3D render, I can assure you that they're actually surprisingly accurate. If the 3D Print arrives and does NOT look like the render, then you can always contact Shapeways customer support. They're super helpful and if there are any issues with the product from the factory, they'll usually replace it for you. Gold Steel does have some visible print lines when you look at it up close, as mentioned in the "What's in the Box" description. If you want a perfectly smooth and gold surface, you might want to consider looking at the similarly-priced Life-Size Millennium Puzzle (http://shpws.me/Dalg) in 14k Gold Plated or 18k Gold Plated.
