Hey all,
we're sorry, but we're currently experiencing a delay in the processing of some model uploads. A set of models from the last few weeks needs reprocessing because their 3D images were never rendered.
Any uploads done earlier today (including our 'easy co-creators' and API uploads) can be delayed by up to 8 hours. This impacts both the validation of the files (non-manifold checks etc), rendering of the 3D images and calculation of price quotes.
All new uploads will be fine.
If you have already deleted a model that now gets reprocessed, you will receive an error message which you can safely ignore.
We'll post an update to this message once things are back to normal again.
