Hi !
This is my entry for the Iphone 5 contest. This design was inspired by traditional indian pattern designs.
Unfortunately this doesn´t fit the Iphone, because I worked with the old (and wrong!) Iphone 5 template.
I am currently redesigning it with the right template and an Iphone 4s version as well.
Let me know what you think about it !
Thanks

I think it's really beautiful! Easily the best I've seen on shapeways... If only I had an iPhone 5

I love the look and color, I'd email service about that polish. Doesn't look very polished to me either.

Hey Genghis,
The design looks fantastic but perhaps a little thin. what is the wall thickness of the part?
Thanks

Hi Duann,
The thickness varies from 0,98 mm to 1,51 mm. I´m currently testing it and it is quite strong and flexible.
The case doesn´t slip but the corners are maybe to thin for an optimal protection.
Moreover, only the inner faces are polished and not the outer ones. Should I rotate the model before uploading ?
I´m designing a thicker version for iPhones 4 and 5 and will update it as soon as possible.
Thanks for help !

Currently the position in the file doesn't effect the printing orientation, as the operator decides how they should print to produce the best results. That and the polishing is a post process done in a tumbler, so how it's oriented shouldn't effect the polish.
