Strong flexible plastic delayed ?

Hi all,

I ordered on OCT 4 many items in Ceramics, Steel and SFP.
Items in ceramic and steel are now in production but all my items in SFP are still in "processing" stage.
Is this normal ? Is everyone impacted by this ?
I see in the material status page that plastics are getting 1-day delay but it has now been more than a week.

What is the situation ?

Did you put all in the same order ? If you did, shipping date is determined by the part with the longest production time so they may move those with known fast production processes to the back of the queue as long as they will still be ready when the slower ones are.
A short delay in non-US strong&flexible plastics production has been announced recently due to moving of the Eindhoven factory within the city.

Actually I received a delay email today.

Shapeways totally underestimated the demand for before the price change, they are now having 3 weeks delay on all SFP.



My order will ship 45 days after I ordered. WHAT A JOKE.
I mean I can understand a high demand, but 45 days ? REALLY ?
