I am going to be printing up custom guitar picks, the thinnest section is roughly .3 mm in thickness. Does anyone know if the strong flexible plastics can get close to that size and if not, would the frosted plastic which looks like it can be made thinner, work for that sort of application? Any advice woud be much appreciated!

As a person who knows ONE song on the guitar <grin>, Frosted detail at 0.3mm is too brittle. However, at 0.6mm for Nylon (WSF) you should be fine.

I work here
Personally, I'd go with one of the detail materials. White, black, or transparent. Nylon would need a finish to not get dirty, and when you're jamming and sweating, you're going to get it dirty.

Yeah if you use WSF you'll want to seal it to make it cleanable, otherwise it will get gross wicked fast.
