HI,
I built my 3dmodel in Rhino4.0. I still have 4 naked edges that are really small and difficult to fix. Would this be the cause of the error message:
"Only manifold objects can be printed"
As expected I've put a lot of time into this model and hoping to get in printed. Please let me know if anyone has any insight on how to fix this.
I've attached an STL file, if anyone has the time to check it out.

Can you include a screenshot of what you see in Rhino?
The STL as posted seems to be severely messed up.
