Hello Shapeways,
It seems bug reports and feature requests are now spread-over the various forum sections/posts.
Furthermore there is to my knowledge no published release planning from Shapeways when these bugs are going to be fixed (or even if they have arrived at your developers for analysis), or when new features are planned to be delivered.
It might be handy to setup something?
I can recommend a ticketing system like e.g. Mantis (http://www.mantisbt.org/) where you can define projects for the different areas e.g. bugs, feature requests etc.
You can also link such a ticketing system to your own software configuration management system, and to release planning. 
Let me know your thoughts about this.
