hello, in my software the model has 2cm, but when i upload him, the size goes to 2200cm O_o, someone can fix this error?
I always send models to shapeways, this nevers happend

Did you use vrml as the upload format ? Apparently this is always defined in meters, regardless of what definition used in the 3d app.

I work in mm but before export to vrml I scale the object to 0.1% and then it works.

On the other hand, there seem to be some upload issue this weekend, perhaps this is related.

BTW there is a measure tool in the max utilities that will show the dimension of your object.

There is also a maxscript for shapeways that will do this and lots more :
