mygadgetlife Have you tried this in nylon (WSF)? Looking at the dimensions, the plastic would still be fairly robust for the temporary situations where the lock would typically be used.

mygadgetlife @phil_spencer Hi, thanks for the feedback, it is always welcome! I understand the issue with the loose puck. The tolerances will vary depending on the material and whether polishing is used, as this can shave off a tiny amount of material from exposed surfaces with the result that parts will always be 'looser' in polished models. It is perhaps worth exploring a system of sprung tabs to grip the puck, although I'm not sure how successful that would be given the smooth texture of the puck itself. All I can say is watch this space!
