MarcGMillis@David_McCamant Thank you for that added info. Perhaps I should frost out the window domes, or find 1/144 figures. The mismatch in set sizes seems all too common. A recurring theme is that interior sets are almost always too large to fit into the corresponding exterior set (the other lesson was with a model of Trek's Galileo shuttle).
MarcGMillis@David_McCamant Thanks for the reply. I understand that tiny is hard and graciously accept your 'no.' About the scale, I'm using the plans from the old scale modeler magazine which shows that Nautilus to be 178' long, which at 16.65 (what mine is) comes out to 1/128 th - which matches with the scale of the Voyage to the Bottom of the Sea kit. And close enough to 1/125 to match a Type VII uboat model (they will be displayed together.
MarcGMillis Is it possible to get just the following parts for just one side, and all in 1/125 scale [for a 16-1/2 in-long scratch built]: (1) View Loge (part 1), (2) curtains (part 2), and settee (part 3)? Thank you.
