During our last Live cast we found out that the chat required people to register at the UStream site. I’ve tried to make it easier by creating a dedicated Live page with integrated chatbox – without registration:

CET for central European time
CET is Central European Time, CEST is Central European Summer Time, one for winter the other for summer.

Perhaps next time add some extra time before, so people can gather, some introductions, say hi and such.
All the coming and going and greeting and repeating tended to fill the chat window quickly.
Something like : chat open 19.30, video stream starts at 20.00, 21.00 coffee/after-chat.
And perhaps a big doomsday clock on the homepage so people really can’t miss the start 😉
