This is my interpretation of a life size Iron Man Hip Pod piece. I designed this for my own suit which you can see at XRobots.co.uk/IM6 . This piece is 0.9mm thick to save on plastic/costs, so you'll probably want to reinforce it if it's for use with a costume.
