Product Description
It is a power frame for converting N gauge power (TU-TMC100) made by Tsugawa-Yokou to 6.5 mm gauge. It requires a certain amount of work skills and tools.
・I will transplant everything except the frame from the power unit of TU-TMC100. (Excluding screws)
・There are positioning bosses and screw holes on the current collector plate, but do not use them, but align them with the center of the axle and attach them with adhesive or double-sided tape.
・ When installing the motor, smooth the inside with a file and adjust so that the motor can be inserted.
-Wheel axles, gear axles, and fastening pins for intermediate gears cannot be inserted unless the length is shortened. Also, if the shaft is long, it will short-circuit, but if it is too short, it will come off, so please process it carefully.
-Since it is more brittle than plastic, it will crack if you apply excessive force.
If the following four are not completed, the motor will burn due to overload.
① Make sure that the worm gear does not interfere with the frame.
② Make sure that the gear shaft rotates without frictional resistance.
③ Make sure that the wheels rotate without resistance.
④ Transmission from the worm gear If the gear position of the first axis is too high, the motor will not rotate.
Carefully look for a position where you can turn without stress.
The processing procedure is listed below. Please refer (using TU-7T)
