Product Description
This is a stand for your digital gadgets. Stand it up, or lay it flat!
It has lumps and bumps all over it! Giving your friendly screens a million (ok maybe 6 or 7) different ways to come to rest on it.
So it has been designed with a maximum size of something like an iPad in mind and anything smaller should be fine too.
The phone in the photos is a Galaxy Note 3. I've so far tried it with a Galaxy Tab 7.7 and a friend's old (small) Nokia. All worked fine. When I get a moment with an iPad, I'll photograph that too.
If I was to review it myself. I would say it is quite adequate for the typical angles. There are a couple of angles getting close to vertical where the lumps need to be a bit bigger to hold the larger screens properly when it is laying down. That is not a problem when it is standing up. Once it is standing-up, the screen is almost too close to vertical, it looks a little unstable, but I could give it a fairly good prod, and it didn't tip over!
The roughish texture to the plastic helps it grip the devices, so overall, it is more stable than you might expect.
One last use: It has pointed out to me that it makes an excellent recipe card stand!
