V bar grill spacer block

Use these spacers to hold 90 degree V groove bars whilst welding grills together.

Argentinian grills use 90 degree angle steel bars to form a V shaped grill, mounted at an angle so fat drains down the bars. 

Making these grills for yourself is not too difficult, but it can be hard to get the bars paralell and straight. 

These blocks are used to position each bar off the last. Start with bar one, weld it square and then use the blocks to position the second, and then the third and on from there. You can see these blocks being used in this video:

You need at least two of these blocks, but I recomend three, as seen in the video, using three can help to secure the whole layout whilst welding.
