Hourglass V1

Body for an hourglass,150 mm tall, 80 mm. diameter of base, 2 mm. thickness but 4,7 mm. thickness in neck. 4,5 mm. diameter open hole middle straight.

Thickness as I've saw in your sketch but It could reduce thickness to 1 mm. and the model will be cheaper. Make click on the photo:
