This is a model of a 20 meter (~23 cm in HO) high mast with 8 flood lights, often found in industrial yards, ports, traffic round abouts etc.
It comes with 4 'guardrails' around the base of the mast (these can be purchased separately as well).

This kit consists of 2 high mast lights, each consisting of 6 parts.

The frame with the 8 flood lights, should be attached to the top of the high mast, or can be lowered, just above the manhole. You need to provide thin/straight rope/wire in both cases.

In case you want to depict the flood light frame to be lowered (for maintenance), unless your rope is very straight by itself, you might want to attach a metal M6 washer to the bottom of the frame with the lights, as to give it some weight, that will pull the ropes straight.

If you want to add LED's to the flood lights, contact me, as I have a hollow version available (SMD LED 1206 type or smaller should fit).

If the masts are warped, soak them in hot water (more then luke warm, but not boiling, suggested 60-70 degrees Celcius) for about 30 seconds, then let them cool down while straightening them up along a straight square tube or similar.

Dies ist ein Modell eines 20 Meter hohen Hochmast mit 8 Flutlichtern, wie man Sie oft in Industrieanlagen, Häfen, Kreisverkehr usw. findet.
Es kommt mit 4 'Leitplanken' rundum der Basis des Mastes (diese können auch separat gekauft werden).

Dieser Satz besteht aus 2 Hochmasten, die jeweils aus 6 Teilen bestehen.

Der Rahmen mit den 8 Flutlichtern sollte an der Oberseite des hohen Mastes angebracht werden oder kann abgesenkt werden, direkt über dem Mannloch. Sie müssen in beiden Fällen dünn / gerade Seil / Draht liefern.

Falls Sie die Flutlichtern abgesenkt darstellen möchten (für Wartungszwecken), es sei denn, Ihr Seil ist sehr gerade von sich selbst, Können Sie eine Metall - M6 - Unterlegscheibe anbringen an der Unterseite des Rahmens mit den Lichtern, um ihm etwas Gewicht zu geben, das die Seile gerade zieht.

Wenn Sie LEDs hinzufügen wollen, kontaktieren Sie mich, weil ich eine Hohlversion habe (SMD LED 1206 Typ oder kleiner sollte passen).

Wenn die Masten verzogen sind, tauchen Sie sie ein in heißes Wasser (mehr als lauwarm, aber nicht kochend, vorgeschlagenen sind 60-70 Grad Celsius) für etwa 30 Sekunden, dann lassen Sie sie abkühlen, entlang ein geraden Vierkantrohr oder ähnlich.
