Croxetti are a pasta form typical of the Italian region Liguria. Traditionally, the stamps were cut from wood by skilled wood carvers, but only very few remain who have the skill. Wealthy familes used to have their family crest designed into croxetti stamps.
With this love themed stamp you can make beautiful pasta for Valentine's Day, your anniversary or even a wedding. If you use ground pepper or beet root juice (or a combination of both), you can even dye the pasta in reddish hues.
